College Student Career Program

A Vital Program for Future Industry Leaders

WHO will be attending? Seniors and graduates from four-year schools in various majors are eligible to interview for full-time jobs. Undergraduates are also eligible to interview for internship positions.

WHAT is the College Student Career Program? It is a venue for poultry and allied company HR managers and recruiters to meet and interview hundreds of bright, young talented students in one location who are seeking professions in the industry. The program has been a vital part of many companies' hiring process for more than 40 years.

WHEN is the program held? Interviewing takes place Tuesday, 1 - 5 p.m.; Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - noon.

WHERE is the program held? It is held in conjunction with the International Poultry Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.

WHY should your company participate? The College Student Career Program provides companies with several benefits. For a minimal fee of $50 per company, it is the most economical way to interview students. It is convenient because you can interview nearly 300 students in one location, during a three-day period. Plus, you will only be meeting the top students in one location in poultry-related studies who are seeking employment in the industry.

When a company signs up to interview, it will receive electronic access to hundreds of resumes of students who are seniors or graduates in poultry science, animal science, food science, feed science, engineering, industrial technology, veterinary medicine, business, accounting, and other poultry-related studies.
